Stainless steel precision parts processing refers to the high-precision processing of stainless steel materials to produce parts that meet strict dimensional accuracy, shape accuracy and surface quality requirements. These parts are usually used in aerospace, medical equipment, electronic equipment, precision instruments and other fields with extremely high precision requirements.

Dimensional accuracy control:

     Measurement and adjustment during processing: During the processing of stainless steel precision parts, the dimensions of the parts should be measured regularly. For example, during turning or milling, after every few processing steps, the key dimensions of the parts are measured using measuring tools, and the processing parameters or tool compensation are adjusted in time according to the measurement results. For high-precision dimensional requirements, an online measurement system can be used to monitor the dimensional changes of the parts in real time during the processing and automatically adjust the processing parameters.

    Tolerance control strategy: According to the design requirements of the parts, the dimensional tolerances are set reasonably. For the matching dimensions, the tolerance range should be strictly controlled to ensure good matching between the parts. For example, when manufacturing the inner and outer rings of stainless steel precision bearings, the dimensional tolerances of the inner and outer rings should be controlled within a very small range to ensure the rotation accuracy and service life of the bearings.

    Shape accuracy control:

    Process planning and optimization: Before processing, the shape accuracy requirements of the parts should be analyzed and a reasonable processing technology should be formulated. For example, for stainless steel precision parts with complex curved surfaces, CNC processing technology is used to ensure the surface shape accuracy of the parts through precise programming and tool path planning. During the processing, attention should be paid to controlling the cutting force and processing deformation to avoid distortion of the part shape.
