  Surface quality control:

   Cutting parameter optimization: Reasonable cutting parameters are the key to ensuring the surface quality of stainless steel precision parts. The roughness of the part surface can be reduced by reducing the cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth. For example, when milling the surface of stainless steel precision parts, appropriately reducing the cutting speed and feed rate can reduce the surface roughness from Ra1.6μm to Ra0.8μm.

    Surface treatment process: After the processing is completed, the surface treatment process can be used to further improve the surface quality of the parts. For example, polishing stainless steel precision parts, through mechanical polishing, chemical polishing or electrolytic polishing, remove the tiny flaws on the surface of the parts, so that the surface roughness meets higher requirements. At the same time, surface coating technology, such as chrome plating and nickel plating, can also be used to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of parts.
