SeJow can provide OEM/ODM Wiring Harness based on your requirements. Wiring harness, also known as Cable Harness, wire harness, Cable Assembly, wiring assembly, is an assembly of electrical cables or wires which transmit signals or electrical power.
Servo harnesses are generally divided into two groups, one is the motor power supply, and the other is the servo motor encoder signal line. The types of Servo Cable harnesses are generally divided into:
1. Servo power line
The high-strength anti-bending tinned copper wire shielding braided layer is used to effectively prevent signal loss and electromagnetic interference, and ensure good transmission performance. The outer sheath is wear-resistant and soft TPU material, and the insulation material is resistant to high temperature of 90°C, more resistant to bending, and there will be no problem of cable deformation during long-term work.
2. Servo signal line
The servo signal line, also known as the Servo Encoder line, is used as a dedicated harness for encoding signal transmission and feedback under the servo system.
3. Servo brake line
The servo brake line, also known as the servo brake line, is used to control the emergency stop of the cable and the drive. When the drive powers the motor, the brake line and servo brake line of the servo drive will automatically power off in an emergency to play a protective role.
Servo harness working energy efficiency optimization
Since the encoder voltage of the servo motor is very low, a shielding layer is required to resist various electromagnetic interferences and protect its own signals from interference, so the shielding requirements of the servo harness are particularly important. This requires that the AC servo motor wiring harness needs to have a series of professional properties such as high softness, wear resistance, tensile strength, acid and alkali resistance, etc. The servo motor dedicated cable can be effectively integrated with the operation of the AC servo motor to improve the working efficiency of the AC servo motor.
