Energy storage wiring harnesses are key components that connect battery cells, control systems, and other energy storage system components. They are not only responsible for transmitting power signals, but also undertake important functions such as protecting the battery system and managing battery charging and discharging. Based on different application requirements and technical characteristics, energy storage wiring harnesses can be divided into many types.
1. Battery connection harness: mainly used to connect battery cells and connect multiple battery cells in series or in parallel into a battery pack. These harnesses need to have high current carrying capacity and excellent conductivity to ensure uniform current distribution inside the battery pack and improve the working efficiency and safety of the entire battery pack.
2. Control harness: used to connect the battery management system (BMS) and the battery cells to transmit control signals and data. The control harness plays a key role in the battery charging and discharging process, monitoring the battery status, controlling the charging and discharging process, and protecting and adjusting as needed.
3. Cooling harness: In a high-power density battery system, the cooling harness undertakes the important task of heat dissipation. The heat generated by the battery system is effectively dissipated by the cooling medium (such as liquid or gas) flowing through the cooling pipe in the harness, maintaining the battery temperature within a safe range.
4. Safety harness: As one of the protection devices of the battery system, the safety harness is responsible for monitoring the voltage, temperature and other parameters inside the battery pack. Once an abnormality is detected, it immediately triggers protection measures, such as cutting off the power supply or reducing the current output, to prevent the battery system from being dangerous.

Order and Mass Production:
1) We will send PROFORMA INVOICE to you when the order is confirmed.
2) We will start to have mass production when confirming our sample and 30% T/T deposit received.
