2) Prepare operation instructions and on-site process documents for each process. The operation instructions contain the equipment, process flow, process requirements, precautions, etc. used in the process. First, the operation instructions are placed at each workstation on the production site, so that operators can grasp the key points of the process at any time. Secondly, the wiring harness drawings of specific vehicle models are decomposed, and on-site process documents such as the wire cutting list, name label printing list, and corrugated tube cutting list are prepared. The operators can see them at a glance, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces the error rate of operation.
3) Select equipment and molds of corresponding specifications according to the model of the parts being operated; regularly maintain the equipment according to the maintenance manual of each equipment; before operation, first check the integrity of the equipment, such as whether the blade is worn or damaged, whether the mold is firmly installed, etc.; during the wiring harness production process, strengthen the control of excess materials and keep the equipment, platform, and tools clean and tidy; after the equipment is used, turn off the power.
