4. Terminal crimping is very important, the pulling force must meet the standard, and the terminal appearance must be re-inspected;
5. Tinning is filled with tin, and part of it is filled with tin. There should be no broom head, split fork, or big head, otherwise it will be unqualified;
6. The plug-in is easy to be inserted wrong and cannot be inserted in place; there should be no false welding, false welding, leaking welding or wrong welding;
7. Including sleeve heat shrink tube, PVC tube, winding tube, yellow wax tube, etc., with strict requirements on size and process;
8. Including test continuity test, resistance and voltage test, etc. Those that do not meet the requirements are defective; appearance inspection is a supplement to the previous process inspection. For the overall
