The Basic Content of Wire Harness Processing

    Generally speaking, wire harness processing requires testing machines, wire feeders, wire cutters, wire strippers, wire twisters and terminal machines. The process of wire harness processing mainly includes the following eight steps:
 
1. Incoming material acceptance: environmental protection test is carried out through relevant instruments to see whether it meets the relevant standards;
 
2. Wire feeding: the wire harness to be processed is placed on the wire feeder and fixed;
 
3. Wire cutting: use a cutting machine to cut the wire harness to a suitable length. In this process, be careful not to cut the surface of the wire and do not cut the copper wire;
 
4. Wire stripping: peel off the outer skin of the corresponding length of the wire at the joint according to the requirements, and the error cannot exceed 1 mm;
 
5. Wire twisting: twist the wire at the joint, and be sure to tighten the copper wire to prevent loose wires;
 
6. Connect the terminal: connect the conductor and the terminal at the connection point, and the terminal cannot be deformed;
 
7. Conductivity test: use the instrument to test the conductor of the wire harness to ensure the normal use of the wire harness;
 
8. Packaging and delivery: pack the finished wire harness and send it to the customer.
