CNC Centering

Meaning: Using computer numerical control technology to accurately determine the center position of the workpiece or tool during processing to ensure the precision and accuracy of processing.

Function: Ensure that the various parts of the nut can be accurately positioned relative to the machine tool coordinate axis during processing, such as the coaxiality of the inner hole and the outer contour of the nut, so as to improve the processing accuracy of the nut and enable it to better cooperate with other parts.

Milling

Meaning: It is a metal processing process that uses a rotating multi-edge tool to remove excess material on the workpiece to form the required shape and size.

Function: It can be used to process the outer contour, plane, groove and other structures of the nut. For example, in the processing of M6 cross nuts, milling can form a cross groove and accurately process the shape of the nut to meet the design requirements.

Compound Passivated
